    User FAQ

    Q: I don't have an PayPal Account, how can I Pay for my projects?

    Currently, we’re only offer payouts to PayPal transcations. It’s free to set up.

    We’re working with other provides and hope to offer other methods of payment in the future!

    Q: My Transaction is not processed

    We currently have a minimum transaction amount at 25€ for projects. If you accept bids lower than that you are not able to process the payment when accepting the bid. We’re working on offering smaller projects in the future!

    Q: Transaction failed, but the project works

    We currently have a minimum transaction amount at 25€ for projects. If you process a lower amount, that works as well, but you will have an error message appear.  If you accept bids lower than 25€, be sure that you don’t panic when you see the error message. Refresh after a few seconds and you will be able to see your project active. We’re working on offering smaller projects easier in the future!

    Q: I'm not happy with the work I received from the Freelancer!

    Remember to set-up clear goals at the start of your project! With those, you’ll be able to handle any disputes more easily with your Freelancer.

    If you can’t come to an agreement with your Freelancer, please contact us at help@cadhubs.com with the following details:

    1. Project title
    2. Freelancer name
    3. Reason why you’re not happy with the work
      1. Add relevant Milestone
      2. Describe the work you received versus what you expected.

    We’ll contact both you and the Freelancers and if we can’t reach a decision together, CADhubs have the right to settle the dispute according to the terms of service.

    Q: I don't have an PayPal Account, how can I get paid?

    Q: When do I receive my payment?

    With out current system, we need up to 5 working days to transfer the funds to your account. Usually it’s much faster than that, but please have some patience!

    We’re working with PayPal and other provides to speed this up to less than 48 hours.

    Q: The user is requesting too much after starting the project

    Remember to carefully read the users goals at the start of your project! By asking the user follow-up questions it’s easier to understand what they have in mind. With those things out of the way, you’ll be able to handle any disputes more easily with your us at CADhubs.

    If you can’t come to an agreement with the user, please contact us at help@cadhubs.com with the following details:

    1. Project title
    2. Your name and the users name
    3. Reasons what’s changed since initial agreement.
      1. Add relevant Milestone
      2. Describe the work you received versus what you expected.

    We’ll contact both you and the user and if we can’t reach a decision together, CADhubs will exercise its right to settle the dispute according to the terms of service.
